LoudInk Return & Refund Policy

Before this takes effect
This is a working draft for product review, not a final policy. LoudInk will confirm its legal entity, payment-provider flow, and any country- or state-specific consumer rights before this policy is published.
Our 30-day promise
For direct LoudInk purchases, we intend to offer a full refund within 30 days of an initial paid purchase, no questions asked. Because LoudInk is digital software and a subscription service, there is no physical product to return.
How to request a refund
Email support@loudink.io from the address used for your LoudInk account. Include the account email and, if available, your order confirmation or receipt. We may ask only for the information needed to locate the purchase and process the refund.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a direct subscription at any time through your account or billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund charges already paid. The 30-day promise above remains available for an eligible initial paid purchase. Annual plans follow the same 30-day initial-purchase window.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, payments are generally non-refundable except where we choose to make an exception or where applicable law requires a refund. Cancelling before renewal is the best way to avoid a future charge.
Where you bought LoudInk matters
This draft applies to purchases made directly from LoudInk. If you purchased through the Mac App Store or another third-party marketplace, that store's refund process and policies apply. We cannot issue a refund for a charge processed solely by a third party, but we will help you identify the correct support path.
Timing and consumer rights
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider or bank. Nothing in this policy limits consumer-protection rights that apply to you and cannot legally be waived.
